The information relates to the tender announced on February 2, 2023 for the sale of Zakłady

Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego w Oleśnicy S.A.

in insolvency for a starting price not lower than PLN 18,901,350.00



The sale includes an enterprise within the meaning of Art. 551 of the Civil Code as an organized set of intangible and tangible assets intended for conducting business activity, excluding funds in the bankruptcy estate in cash and on bank accounts, short-term receivables, intangible assets and documentation subject to archiving, including, among others, generated in the course of bankruptcy proceedings.



Formal conditions for participation in the tender after extending the deadline for submitting

bids for the sale of the enterprise

The condition for participation in the tender is submission of a correctly prepared offer to the Office of the Trustee in Wrocław, ul. Jutrzenki 19/21, by 29 March 2023, from 10:00 to 15:00, and payment by that date of the tender deposit in the amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 to the bank account of Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego w Oleśnicy S.A. in insolvency held by Bank Pekao S.A., account no: 05XXXXX111XXXXX921.

A written offer, submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for the sale of Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego w Oleśnicy S.A. in insolvency", should include:



Terms and conditions of the auction (bidding)

In case the difference between the offered purchase prices is lower than 0.5% of the highest offered price, the bids will be treated as equal and the Trustee of ZNTK Oleśnica S.A. will organise an auction (bidding) for the bidders who submitted equal bids.

Written bids should be submitted by 29 March 2023 to the address of the Trustee’s Office in Wrocław, ul. Jutrzenki 19/21 by 3:00 p.m.

The Trustee reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure, without stating reasons, at any stage of the procedure.
