Od strony południowej dom został wybudowany w ostrej granicy działki, której powierzchnia biologicznie czynna, zgodnie z wymaganiami warunków zabudowy, to 86%. Cała posiadłość liczy 2306 m2. Część rekreacyjna znajduje się po stronie północnej domu i w znacznej części stanowi las.
Dom zbudowany został w technologii tradycyjnej z bloczków YTong oraz betonu zbrojonego. Solidna konstrukcja domu została zdeterminowana położeniem domu na skarpie. Ściana „opierająca” się skarpę łącznie z ponadprzeciętnie szerokim fundamentem tworzy rodzaj muru oporowego. The design was made especially on investors' order. Integrated into the slope, right next to the forest, with an atypical interior layout, it is a bold combination of a modern body and harmony with the surrounding nature. According to the requirements of building conditions, the biologically active plot area is 86%. The entire estate is 2306 square meters. The recreational section is located on the north side of the house and in a significant part is a forest. The house was built in traditional technology from YTong blocks and reinforced concrete. The solid construction of the house was determined by the location of the house on the embankment. The wall "leaning" against the slope together with the exceptionally wide foundation forms a kind of retaining wall. The ground floor ceilings have been reinforced in the place where the fireplace is above and, as mentioned earlier, in the place planned for the aquarium. The house has a recuperation system and central vacuum cleaner installation.
